Ishta Siddhi Shree Subramanyaswamy Trust ®, formed at the instance of Shree Subramanya Swamiji, has its registered office at 'Mathru Kalyan'  351, 1st A cross, 3rd stage, 4th Block, Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore 560079. The managing Trustee Shri A.R. Gopal Rao (affectionately called Appaji by devotees), father of Shree Subramanya Swamiji, is a noted businessman and industrialist in Karnataka, India and Shri G Ramesh Athrey, brother of Shree Subramanya Swamiji, a graduate engineer and businessman, is one of the trustees.

Shree Subramanya Swamiji, who is the spirit behind this venture, already has innumerable devotees in India and abroad. Devotees who are getting healing touches for their sufferings and problems assemble in large numbers daily to get darshan and blessings from Swamiji.

Objectives of the Trust

The Trust shall be for public charitable purposes and not for the benefit of any particular religion, community, caste, sex or creed. The objectives of the Trust are:

1. to construct, establish and renovate, aid and encourage construction and renovation of places of worship, community halls and all such other institutions;
2. to promote spiritual, moral values of citizens of the country; and
3. to provide nitya annadana (community feeding) to the people of all classes and creeds.

It has been proposed to construct a Subramanya Kshetra incorporating all the objects mentioned above. The proposed Kshetra is expected to have a vast temple complex with Shree Tiruchendur Murugan as the presiding deity with amenities and facilities for devotees expected of a Kshetra of this nature. The preliminary modalities are being worked out. Some philanthropist-devotees have come forward to donate money and material for this purpose.
